Matte top coat for semi-permanent nail polish. This top coat gives the polish a deep matte effect that does not fade over time and does not crack. It is ideal for varying your creations. The matte top coat is applied to the dispersion layer of the colored semi-permanent polish or to an artificial nail after lightly filing it.
